A team from Luxembourg has won a 12-hour motoring race in Britain,… involving lawn mowers.
They fought off 42 other teams and became the first international side to win the annual charity event, held in the village of Five Oaks in southern England on Sunday.
The idea of a race involving modified grass cutters was first suggested in a pub meeting 45 years ago when motor sports fans wanted a more fun and cheaper alternative to racing cars.
