'Along with the Gods 2', ticket sales surpass 6mln on the 5th day after release

South Korean action fantasy film 'Along with the Gods: The Last 49 Days' is setting new ticket sales records.
The movie had exceeded 6 million viewers on Sunday, a record for the first 5 days after its release.
According to the Korean Film Commission, 2.7 million viewers watched the movie over the weekend, with 1.46 million on Saturday alone, the highest ever number of viewers in a single day for the country's movie industry.
The movie is a sequel to a film released last December which was based on a webtoon.
This installment follows three angels of death... who guide a soul through the underworld... with the promise of reincarnation.
