South Korea complying with all maritime implementations: U.S. State Dept.

The U.S. State Department says South Korea is complying with all UN Security Council Resolutions,.. adding the two allies are in constant communication in regards to North Korean coal that arrived in the South via Russia.
In an interview with Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency on Sunday,... a State Department official noted that South Korea is one their closest allies,... and the South can be trusted with maritime implementation.
The South Korean government is currently investigating nine-thousand tons of coal believed to be of North Korean origin that arrived last October via Russia.
