Reuters reports that Belgium has beaten England 2-0 on Saturday to secure a third place finish at the World Cup. A goal in the fourth-minute from Thomas Meunier and an 82nd minute strike from Eden Hazard earned Belgium the victory and third-place in the tournament, which improves on their previous best performance of fourth-place back in 1986. Meunier's score also gave Belgium 10 different goal-scorers at this World Cup — equaling the record set by France in 1982 and Italy in 2006.
