Extreme winds nearly knock toll-gate workers off their feet

Two toll-gate workers struggled against Typhoon Maria, which made landfall in southeastern China's Ningde City on Wednesday (July 11). CCTV video in southeastern China's Fujian Province shows a worker being blown several metres by the powerful winds while another man grips a handrail tightly and struggles to keep his feet. In the end they are both able to grip the handrail and help each to enter the toll booth.
