President Moon Jae-in is flying to Moscow on Thursday... and in light of the first state visit to Russia by a South Korean leader in 19 years,.... a number of Russian media outlets interviewed President Moon earlier today.
Those outlets included... Russian news agency TASS,... state-owned TV channel Russia-1, and newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
According to a Blue House press release,... the interview was to introduce Moon's vision for boosting Seoul-Moscow relations.... while finding ways to prosper together.
It was also aimed at promoting the Russian people's interest, understanding, and a friendly public opinion of South Korea and our president.
TASS will release the key points starting this afternoon.... and Rossiyskaya Gazeta's website will post the online version of the interview on Thursday.
