무디스, 한국 신용등급 'Aa2' 유지…전망도 '안정적'

Moody's Investors Service is keeping South Korea's credit rating at Double A-2,... the same level it's been at since it was raised from Double A-3 in December 2015.
According to the Agency, the geopolitical risks stemming from tensions with North Korea eased recently… but the risk is still moderate.
It pointed to issues that still need to be resolved, including the pace of denuclearization, the regime's disarmament and the role of U.S. in providing regional security.
Double A-2 is the agency's third-highest ranking.
In general terms, Moody's outlook for Seoul's economy is stable because of its resilience to global shocks… but its growth potential is likely to slow down due to its aging population.
