Well Mark… The shooting took place in the wee hours of Sunday morning in the city of Trenton.
Prosecutors say a 33-year-old man was killed, apparently by police, and a second suspect arrested.
They believe at least two gunmen opened fire at the overnight arts festival, which was attended by about a thousand people enjoying local art, music and food.
Authorities are investigating whether or not there were any more suspected who could be at large.
This witness described what happened.

"I started taking pictures of the crowd. I was passing flyers out as people were walking by me. And then, all of a sudden, about 10 shots rang out, slightly inside the door. It was like, 'Pow. Pow. Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pow."

Four of 22 injured victims are said to be in critical condition, including a 13-year-old boy.
Prosecutors said they recovered multiple weapons from the scene.
The head of the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said he believes the shooting appeared to be the result of a "neighborhood beef" that erupted during the festival, ruling out terrorism.
Investigators are also looking into an attempted carjacking nearby, but it is not clear if it was linked to the shooting.
The remainder of the two-day festival has been cancelled.
