Let's start with some updates from the North Korea-U.S. summit...
North Korean state media has wasted little time reporting on the meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and U.S. President Donald Trump.
The Korean Central News Agency reported Wednesday morning that Kim held his first historic summit with President Trump,... and the two leaders agreed to establish stable bilateral relations.
It said Kim demanded Trump suspend the joint South Korea-U.S. military drills and the U.S. leader understood that demand.
The North Korean leader also said if the U.S. works to build trust together, the regime will come up with corresponding measures.
It also reported that Trump recognized the importance of a phased, simultaneous approach to denuclearization and added that President Trump expressed a willingness to remove sanctions if bilateral relations improve.
