Ellicott City residents and business owners continued recovery operations on Thursday, May 31, after devastating flooding hit the city Sunday. Reports said there was the potential for more flooding at the weekend.A flash flood warning was issued to take effect later on Thursday, and county officials said workers were clearing drains and preparing for the storm.
