North Korea seeks to go shoulder-to-shoulder, consistently with the international community... to build a peaceful world, free of nuclear weapons.
That's the message conveyed by the regime through an op-ed in the state-run Rodong Sinmun newspaper... regarding it's recent demolition of the Punggye-ri nuclear test site.
It goes on to read... the international media were eager to report about the event and the whole world praised the move,... emphasizing Pyongyang was transparent and sincere in showing its will to halt nuclear tests.
It added... this move confirms North Korea's stance... of keeping in close contact with the rest of the world... to secure global peace and stability.
