Baby born on Mediterranean rescue ship named 'Miracle'

A rescue ship travelling in the Mediterranean has one more passenger after a healthy baby boy was born on board over the weekend.
His mother, who was rescued by an Italian Navy vessel just days before his birth, decided to name him 'Miracle.'
Improving weather conditions have caused a surge in migrants risking sea crossing form Libya to Italy, with nearly two thousand migrants travelling the route in recent days.
The Aquarius, the vessel in which Miracle was born, arrived in Sicily on Sunday and was to head back to Libya later in the day.
