Hello, I'm Michelle Park here with the latest weather update. Yellow dust is affecting the nation with high concentrations of fine dust across the whole nation. It's expected to get worse in the coming hours. Smog will blow in from the west side of the country, which will raise the level of ultra fine dust as well.
Although the dust is expected to linger, the high-pressure front in the atmosphere will bring us clear skies and strong sunshine with high levels of UV rays,... except for Jeju which will be drenched by rain.
Tomorrow morning, Seoul is expected to start off at 14 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gyeongju begin at 15 and 14 degrees respectively.
The daily high in Seoul will peak at 25 degrees, and it'll be a hot one in Daegu and Gyeongju at 27 and 29 degrees.
Looking ahead,... Jeju Island will get rain until Saturday while other regions including Seoul remain sunny and clear. The temperature this week will rise even higher,... giving us a taste of summer.
