Hash Browns - Homemade- The Hillbilly Kitchen

Most hillbillies need some sort of a tater to go with their bacon, eggs and gravy, whether its fried taters or hash browns. I prefer hash browns with my breakfast and fried taters for supper. There isnt a whole lot of difference between the two (except for the onions and shape.) This probably qualifies me as being psychotic but I never made any claims otherwise :)\r
