Homemade Crispy Hash Browns Recipe | Food Celebrations

Ingredients:
4 - 5 peeled potatoes
A little oil
4 tbsp Cornflour
4 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Oil for shallow frying

Method:
Take 4 – 5 potatoes. Wash, peel and grate them. Place them in cold water to remove the excess starch. Then drain the water through a sieve or muslin cloth. Excess moisture can be removed by heating for a few minutes on a pan. The grated potatoes should be completely dry. Then add the corn flour, rice flour and the spices. Form the hash browns and then shallow fry them. They can also be baked.
