Judge appointment row Supreme Court to discuss Justice Joseph's renomination

The SC collegiums in a meeting scheduled today is set to discuss and finalise their decision on renomination of Justice KM Joseph for elevation to the Supreme Court. The collegiums will also be deciding names of few other judges which will be submitted to centre along with KM Joseph's name. The SC had deferred its decision on a meeting held on May 2. In that meeting, the collegium agreed in principle to unanimously reiterate Justice Joseph.
