S. Korea's head coach announces provisional 28-man squad for World Cup

South Korea's head coach has selected the group of players he wants to take to Russia for the 2018 World Cup,... which kicks off next month.
Announcing the roster at Seoul City Hall on Monday,... Shin Tae-yong said five of the 28-man squad are back-ups in case of any last-minute injuries.
South Korea's two English Premier League stars Son Heung-min and Ki Sung-yueng made the cut as expected.
Hellas Verona's Lee Seung-woo made the backup list and is the youngest player in the squad at just 20 years old.
Over the next month, South Korea will play four international friendlies before their first World Cup game against Sweden on June 18th.
