“Twenty-four students from the high school of Argalasti, Volos and 10 tourists from Britain were trapped in the White Tower for four hours, due to flooding in the surrounding area. Eventually, they were removed with the help of firefighters,” the Greek Reporter said on May 10.

In the video, firefighters are seen helping tourists evacuate the White Tower in Thessaloniki, Greece, after the door was blocked due to flooding.

Firefighters were forced to cut down one of the metal barriers from the side of the tower in order to evacuate the tourists.
