Good morning. Expect typical spring weather on this Parents' Day here in Korea, southern regions will also see bright skies... while Tokyo will be rainy and cool.
It's a mostly quiet start for your morning commute - it's a cool morning and comfortable with lows in the teens, there will be big gaps in readings while southern regions will continue to have breezy conditions.
Lots of clouds are hovering over the peninsula at the moment but we'll see more sunshine as the day goes on... boosting UV rays. But the air quality will be normal to good.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, Seoul and Jeju are waking up to 14 degrees Celsius while Gyeongju saw a low of 13 degrees.
As for the highs, Seoul and Daejeon will get up to 22 degrees. Gyeongju and Daegu will only have highs in the teens at 16 and 18 degrees.
Expect big gaps in temperatures for a while under mostly sunny skies well into Saturday.
