Wednesday’s market wrap

Markets on Wall Street was down on Wednesday as potential U.S. restrictions on Chinese telecom companies reinforced investor worries over deteriorating trade relations between Washington and Beijing.
The Dow Jones sank 174-points to close below the 24-thousand mark.
The S&P 500, also lost about the same percentage amount,... down zero-point-7 percent to 2,635 and the Nasdaq also dropping a near half-a-percent at 7,100-point-9.
Shares in Korea,... not much different.
The benchmark KOSPI was down zero-point-4 percent at 2,505,... as foreign and institutional traders offloaded much of their healthcare shares.
The junior bourse KOSDAQ, too, lost half-a-percent at 871.
The local currency also fell against the greenback.
