S. Korea hopes to hold Red Cross talks with N. Korea for family reunions

South Korea hopes to hold talks with North Korea as soon as possible... at a high level between their governments and between their respective Red Cross organizations.
Seoul's unification minister Cho Myoung-gyon told reporters on Sunday,... that Red Cross talks are a top priority... because preparing for the reunion of separated families takes more time than other events.
The leaders of the two Koreas agreed at their summit to hold reunion of families around August 15th.
Regarding North Korea readjusting its time zone to match Seoul's,... Cho commented that it shows North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is willing to quickly improve inter-Korean relations.
Cho added that the summit preparatory committee has now been reconstituted as a committee to implement the summit agreement,... and he stressed that the government will prepare follow-up measures through talks with North Korea and the U.S.
