This week controversial EPA chief Scott Pruitt changed his story regarding raises he has given out since becoming head of the EPA. On April 4th, Pruitt was interviewed about excessive raises he had allegedly given out to which he responded that he had no knowledge of the raise at all. On Thursday Pruitt back tracked on that answer saying now that he was not aware of the amount the salaries were raised by or that the White House had refused to approve them. Rep.
