Working-level officials from South and North meet at Panmunjom Monday morning

Before this week is up, the leaders of the two Koreas would have held their historic summit.
Friday's event is looked to help take a significant step toward a diplomatic solution to the regime's nuclear issue.
Today,... working-level officials from both sides met for a third round of talks to finalize the arrangements.
The talks began at 10AM Seoul time at Tongilgak, on the northern side of Panmunjom.
"North and South Korea held a third round of working-level talks prior to the inter-Korean summit that will be held in the Peace House of Panmunjom on April 27th, 2018. They discussed security, protocol and media coverage, and reached a final agreement today."
According to the nation's top office both Seoul and Pyongyang will come up with the final list of participants... and notify each other as soon as possible.
President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un are to begin their historic meeting with an official greeting.
They will then hold the summit, and share a welcoming meal together.
The Cheogwadae added Pyongyang will dispatch an advanced party on Wednesday to the South Korean side of Panmunjom for a joint rehearsal with Seoul's team.
