Pyongyang's state-run Korean Central News Agency reported on Thursday... that the seventh central committee of the ruling Workers' Party will convene its third plenary session on Friday... to decide on new policy issues in line with "the important historic period."
The session comes with the inter-Korean summit only a week away and developments on Washington-Pyongyang summit moving forward.
The plenary meeting is usually held to discuss and approve key party policies and personnel reshuffles.
