U.S. media says Facebook's Zuckerberg will testify before Congress

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly planning to testify before U.S. Congress over a massive data leak scandal.
It seems he has bowed to pressure from lawmakers, who have repeatedly called on him to do so.
U.S. media, citing sources close to the matter, reported Tuesday that Zuckerberg may appear within a matter of weeks.
If he does, then he will likely be quizzed on how 50 million users' data ended up in the hands of British consultancy firm Cambridge Analytica… and what role, if any, Facebook had.
The consultancy, hired by President Trump's campaign, is accused of using the data for political gain.
However, Zuckerberg reportedly rejected an invitation to appear before British lawmakers, with Facebook to send one of its executives instead.
