We bring you case 22 in the NewsX mega NPS investigation. This is a NewsX impact investigation. This is the story of BS Ltd., the company is based out of Hyderabad. The company is one of the key infrastructure player in power transmission and distribution. According to the ROC records, it secured a cumulative loan of almost 3,479 crore rupees from various banks and financial institutions. Through our investigation, we also found a possession notice issued by State Bank of India. According to which BS Ltd owes several banks a total of 1,419 crore rupees. These include 5 SBI branches and 7 other banks. The banks have taken possession of 9 of the company's properties but our ground report reveals that the company is still active.
