Dress warmly on your way out, a spring chill is here in Seoul, while those in Tokyo will have a breezy and rainy day with cooler than average temperatures, but first let's take a look at the domestic weather forecast.

Temperatures have dropped a few notches, hovering a couple degrees lower than the seasonal average.
The spring chill will be here until Friday morning so make sure you dress accordingly.

Daily highs will only reach 9 degrees in Seoul while Busan will be breezier with lots of clouds at 8 degrees. Jeju will be rainy all day.

With that, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.

A spring chill has arrived here in Seoul. It's going to feel more like February in the southern provinces while most parts of North Korea will have relatively mild temperatures under sunny skies.

Those in Beijing will need to be aware of the wide range in temperatures between the lows and highs under mostly sunny skies.

Sydney will be rainy on Tuesday, and can expect to see showers until Friday.

Heading to North America, the D.C. region could feel the impact of a mix of rain and snow on Monday night into Tuesday morning, even stretching into Wednesday.

As for South America, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will have unstable weather conditions.

Taking you to Europe,... it may feel like winter will never end as the cold snap continues across Europe. Those of you in Berlin will see snow on Tuesday.

Lastly to Africa, winds will pick up in Algiers with light rain in store. Rain will last for at least a week.
