South Korea's National Security Advisor and special envoy arrived home this morning, completing his trip to China and Russia to rally support for Seoul's plan to engage North Korea.
Chung Eui-yong said both China and Russia welcomed the positive progress being made on the Peninsula.
According to Chung, both countries expressed support for President Moon's determination to achieve denuclearization peacefully and pledged to closely cooperate with Seoul to continue the momentum of peace and stability.
Chung sat down with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday and with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday.
He wasn't able to meet with President Putin since Russia is holding a presidential election on Sunday.
