IAEA says Iran is within main limits of 2015 nuclear deal

The International Atomic Energy Agency says Iran remains in compliance with the 2015 nuclear accord signed with six world powers.
The quarterly report by the UN nuclear watchdog said the country was sticking to key requirements such as the number of uranium centrifuges and stockpiles.
President Trump has threatened to pull out of the agreement, taking issue with its 2026 expiration date and that it does not cover Iran's ballistic missile program.
He has urged European allies to come up with a follow-up accord, but Iran has insisted it is adhering to the deal and that its nuclear program is strictly for power-generation purposes.
The IAEA report also stated that Tehran had informed the agency of a decision to construct naval nuclear propulsion in the future.
The agency has requested design information from Iran and is waiting for a response.
