Dangerous to clash with South Korea over trade amid North Korea crisis: WP

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross has suggested it's insulting to pick a trade fight with South Korea while North Korea is building up its nuclear arsenal.
In an editorial,... the Washington Post reported Ross' proposal says 'good relations with allies like Seoul and Tokyo are especially crucial to U.S.-led efforts' aimed at countering the regime's nuclear and missile ambitions.
Ross proposed cures are 'likely to be worse than any disease' as tariffs and quotas generally prove counterproductive.
The report comes shortly after the Trump administration released a new document on steel imports,... calling for new tariffs and quotas to protect U.S. industry.
