Harley-Davidson Recalls Nearly 175,000 bikes in U.S. Over Brake Failure A total of 251,000 motorcycles are affected worldwide. The recall is voluntary and will cost Harley $29.4 million. It covers CVO Touring and VSRC bikes — model years 2008 through 2011 — equipped with
anti-lock brakes. Harley-Davidson said in recall papers Dealers will flush and replace brake fluid starting Feb. 12.
