Ford Recalls Nearly 1.4 Million Cars for Faulty Steering Wheel On Wednesday, reports say Ford is recalling its midsize vehicles in North America, Canada and Mexico due to steering wheel detachments. Models covered under the recall include Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ car models from 2014 to 2018. Ford said the bolts in the steering wheels can come loose over time, according to the Associated Press. Ford claims there have been two accidents and one injury as a result of this problem.
