Lake-effect snow swept across upstate New York on Saturday, February 3. The National Weather Service reported 3.6 inches of snow fell in one hour near Watertown.The band of lake-effect snow was expected to drift north and settle in northern Jefferson County for the afternoon before tapering off, the weather service said.
