Snow Blankets Upstate New York

Snow blanketed upstate New York on Friday, December 22, and was expected to turn to freezing rain overnight. The National Weather Service said up to seven inches of snow came down in Glens Falls, where this video was taken.Several more inches of snow was expected before the ice, the weather service said, and the storm would change to rain on Saturday.
