Title: The jaw forward and the head backward

The movement of jaw relative to the head or skull is often ignored but you will find out its effects on the muscles in the back of the thigh.

That may alleviate sciatica or pain in the hip joint.

You learn to move the jaw forward and backward relative to the head.
You learn how the hyoid bone in the front of the throat helps or disturbs the movement of the jaw and the neck.
