Title: Stand on a crossed leg. ~Ribs left and right~
As I see, many people walk without clearly putting the weight on the standing leg, so much hurry!
You learn to put the weight on the standing leg for each and every step in the walk.
Differentiating the pelvis from the ribs is the main point in this lesson and that implies the mobility of the lumbar vertebrae.
