Title: Chin and chest bone closer to each other ~Thoracic Outlet Syndrome ~
It is often the case that the chest bone is unnecessarily hanging down and narrowing the thoracic outlet.
You learn to bend the neck forward while keeping the outlet wide.
By paying attention to the direction of the of the chest bone, C 7, and the shoulder blades, while bending the neck, you learn an option of bending the neck; with the outlet wide and narrow, the spine long and short.
