दाढ़ी के बाल सफेद होने से कैसे रोके
* थोडी सी कडी पत्ती ले कर उसे नारियल तेल में डाल कर उबालें। यह तेल हल्का ठंडा हो जाए तब इससे अपने सिर और दाढी की मालिश करें।
* थोडी सी कडी पत्ती ले कर उसे पानी में उबाल कर पानी को आधा कर लें। उबलते पानी में आमला पाउडर मिलाएं। फिर जब पानी हल्का ठंडा हो जाए तब उसे पी लें।
* आमला पाउडर और नारियल तेल को मिक्स करें। आमला की मात्रा 25 प्रतिशत नारियल तेल से ज्यादा होनी चाहिये। इसे 2 मिनट उबालें! जब यह तेल ठंडा हो जाए तब इससे अपनी दाढी और स्कैल्प को मसाज करें।
* जिनकी दाढ़ी पक रही है उनको एक महीने तक आपको रोजाना आमला जूस पीना चाहिये। यह बहुत ही प्रभावशाली उपाय है।
* आपको गाय के मक्खन से स्कैल्प और दाढी को मसाज करना चाहिये। इसे आपको महीने में 8 से 10 बार प्रयोग करना चाहिये।
