How To Stop White Hair - Home Remedies To Prevent Premature Grey Hair
Grey hair, most probably one of the biggest nightmares of the human beings. But it is a known and established fact that with the growing age, our hair turns grey, but today, graying of hair is seen even in children and young people below 30 years of age
Our hair becomes grey when the production of the pigment stops. Let us see below some of the natural home remedies to delay graying of the hair
हर किसी को बाल काले ही अच्छे लगते हैं लेकिन जब यह बिना बुढापे के ही सफेद होने लगें तो दिल घबरा सा जाता है। पर आपको जानना होगा कि बाल सफेद क्यों हो जाते हैं वो भी तब जब हमारी खेलने खाने की उम्र होती है।
* जब बालों में मिलेनिन पिगमेंटेशन की कमी हो जाती है तब बाल अपना काला रंग खो देते हैं और सफेद हो जाते हैं।
* हांलाकि बालों का सफेद होना आज कल आम सी बात हो गई है इसलिये इसके लिये घबराना बिल्कुल नहीं चाहिये। आज हम आपको कुछ ऐसे घरेलू उपाय बताएंगे जिसे आजमा कर आपके सफेद हो रहे बाल काले होने शुरु हो जाएगें....!
* बालों का असमय सफेद होना एक बड़ी समस्या बन चुकी है। इसके लिए कई लोग कलर का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। हालांकि कलर बालों को जड़ से कमजोर बना सकता है....!
* आंवले को न सिर्फ डाइट में शामिल करें बल्कि मेंहदी में मिलाकर इसके घोल से बालों की कंडिशनिंग करते रहें। चाहे तो आंवले को बारीक काट लें और गर्म नारियल तेल में मिलाकर सिर पर लगाएं।
* आमला हो या उसका पाउडर, दोनों ही बालों को काला करने में मददगार होते हैं। आमला का रस अगर बादाम के तेल में मिक्स कर के बालों में लगाया जाए तो बाल काले होगें।
* काली मिर्च के दानों को पानी में उबाल कर उस पानी को बाल धोने के बाद सिर में डालें। लंबे समय तक बालों में इस तरह करने से यह असर दिखाती है।
* सफेद हो चुके बालों को अगर आप ब्लैक टी या कॉफी के अर्क से धोएंगें तो आपके सफेद होते बाल दोबारा से काले होने लगेगें। ऐसा आप दो दिन में एक बार जरूर करें। काली चाय को बनाने के लिए पैन में पानी डालें, उसमें 2 चम्मच चाय की पत्ती डाल कर खौलाएं और जब यह पानी ठंडा हो जाए तो इसे छान कर बालों में लगाएं। इसे लगाने के बाद बालों में शैंपू न लगाएं वरना असर खत्म हो जाएगा।
