Father and Son Bushwalkers Rescued After Storms Strike Gold Coast

A father and son were bushwalking when they became stranded in Mount Barney National Park at the Gold Coast, prompting a rescue effort by helicopter on Monday, October 30.According to The Brisbane Times, the pair contacted emergency services at about midday after becoming stranded during storm weather.
