Phil Dearing is a recent college graduate who admits he’s guilty of making women feel uncomfortable and sexualized. In light of the #MeToo campaign, he’s apologizing to the women he’s impacted and calling on other men to reflect on their actions and do the same. “Being a passive ally is amazing, amplifying women's voices is amazing,” Dearing said. “But it's still passive in a lot of ways. Being an active ally requires active effort.”
