Senate scraps bill to repeal Obamacare

Mitch McConnell told Republicans that were will be no vote
on the Graham-Cassidy bill to repeal Obamacare. Republican Senators Susan Collins, John McCain and Rand Paul said they oppose the bill. The Congressional Budget Office said
the bill would drastically cut Medicaid and lead to millions
