President Donald Trump threatened to end payments to health insurers if Obamacare isn't repealed. Trump's tweet came a day after the Senate failed to repeal Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act. The president has previously threatened to stop payments to insurers if Democrats refused to negotiate terms of the health care bill.
