1) sumo deadlift - 4x6 @ 320lbs
2) pause squat - 4x6 @ 245lbs
3) stiff leg deadlift - 3x5-8 @ 250 or 255 (can't remember)
4) step ups - 3x12
6) GHD machine - 3x10 superset box jump 3x15-20
