Madonna stops sale of 2Pac prison love letter breaking up with her

NEW YORK — On Tuesday, Madonna got a New York supreme court to stop the auction of a letter from late rapper Tupac Shakur — one of her many ex-boyfriends.

Pac and the Queen of Pop dated for a time during the 1990s.

He reportedly dumped Madge because of she was white and was apparently worried this would hurt his now legendary gangsta rap image. That’s according to a letter that was supposedly penned by him at 4:30 a.m. on January 15, 1995 — while he was in prison.

According to the New York Daily News, Madonna’s old pal Darlene Lutz was gonna sell that as well as some panties worn by Madonna herself at auction house “Gotta Have Rock and Roll” this week. Lutz came into possession of the items after helping pack up stuff at Madonna’s Miami property when she moved out.

On Tuesday, Madge got a Supreme Court judge to freeze the sale of those items, as well as 20 other items.
