Mesquite Mall Parking Lot Floods After Deluge

The Dallas, Texas, area was under water on Friday, June 2, as severe storms prompted flash flood warnings.The vehicles parked in the Town East Mall parking lot in nearby Mesquite had to travel through the floodwaters, as seen in this video.The National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings throughout the evening. Two to three inches of rain had already fallen, with one to two more inches on the way, according to reports.
