Woman surprises stepmother with adoption papers

A heartwarming video has emerged of a woman kneeling down to present adoption papers to her stepmother.
The footage, shot in Lewsiberry, PA, USA on March 31, shows the 23-year-old woman reading a long, heartfelt letter to the woman who raised her before she asks her to adopt her.
"My stepmother has raised me since age 5, I'm now 23," she wrote online.
"My birth mother walked out on me and I haven't seen her since. So, I decided to ask the woman who raised me to adopt me."
