Ingredients

200 gms Gud
150 gms Sesame Seeds
Salt As Required
2 tsp Cardamom Powder
4 - 5 tbsp Ghee

For Dough

Wheat Flour (For Dough & Dusting)
Water

Method

- Make regular dough of wheat flour.
- Roll them in the form of paratha.
- Apply ghee to it.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
- Add crushed gud over the paratha.
- Also sprinkle toasted white sesame seeds.
- Roll them.
- Apply white sesame seeds and wheat flour over the top and shape them in the form of paratha.
- Cook the paratha over the pan and apply ghee.
- Delicious Tilgul Paratha is ready to be served!
