Student arrested attempting to bringing weapons to Trump Tower

New York college student Alexander Wang was arrested after attempting to bring a collection of weapons into Trump Tower on Monday. The 19-year-old was reportedly stopped by a Secret Service checkpoint, preventing him from getting inside the building. Inside his backpack were multiple knives, an M-100 firework, a flashlight, a clear water gun, handcuffs, an 8-foot black rope, a garrote and a laptop. Wang told the authorities he enjoys studying in the building and does so frequently. He attributed the weaponry in his backpack martial arts, according to New York Daily News.
