Tinder will now offer 37 different gender options

Tinder, the popular matchmaking app, will now offer up to 37 different options for people to choose as their gender.
"About six months ago, we really realized there was a big issue with harassment toward transgender people.
Our immediate reaction was this is unacceptable we’re going to squash this."
The update allows users to choose how they identify with options like trans man, gender queer, bisexual, etc..
They can also choose to be included in searches for men and/or women.
Tinder worked closely with GLAAD, an LGBT advocacy organization, to help roll out this update in an attempt to end harassment of people who identify as LGBT.
